Apparel Costing provide services based on the following terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully:

1.Terms of service Apparel Costing enterprise registration:

1.The operation right and interpretation right of GGQW Member service belong to Ningbo Dengchuang Network Co.,ltd. All users of the GGQW must be fully and strictly comply with the terms of service when they avvept the services proded by the QQGW. Users can enjoy free service that GGQW stated.
2.In view of the system requirements of GGQW for membership services, users agree to: 
(1) provide timely, accurate and detailed personal information. All original type of information will be used as registration information.
(2) When users’ registration information changes, users need to update their registration information, the registration of all users input will be considered to be accurate user's identity information and will serve as valid users’ identity information when the GGQW take activities,client support certifications. If the personal information that users provide is wrong,untrue, outdated or incomplete, we reserve the right to end user’s availabity to use the QQGW services. So when users need help,whereas the global network is unable to confirm the identity and account of the user, which lead to its inability to provide corresponding helps, and all the consequences arising thereby should be undertaken by the users themselves.
(3) Accept that the GGQW send information to your mailbox irregularly, if the information provided by the user is inaccurate, the global network reserve the right to revise,until delete any false, unlawful, prejudicial information that do harm to the interests and reputation of others or infringement as well as the right to end users’ availability to the GGQW member services. Users agree the terms and agree to accept the relevant provisions of any changes that the GGQW made from time to time.
3.the revision of the service terms 
The GGQW is entitled to amend the terms of service when necessary. When there are terms of service modified, the GGQW will show it to the users in its important pages. If the user does not agree to the amended service terms,he can terminate to accept the services provided. If the user continue to accept the services that the GGQW provided, it will be regarded as to have accepted the changed terms of service.
4.Members’ account, password and safety    
As long as users become members of the Global Network, he will get an account and password. Member is responsible to the safety of its account and password. The GGQW will not bear any safety and confidentiality responsibility and the loss that resulted from the disclosure of the account and password. Member will enjoy different purview according to different ranks. In addition, each member takes full responsibility to all their activities and affairs in their account. Member may at any time give directions to change their password, as well as to end the old account and re-open a new account. If the Member find any illegal use of their own account or other security loopholes, they should immediately inform the GGQW.
5. Service assurance    As to the irrelevant information issued by the user, VIP members and the latest issued information is disposed forward; Both VIP members are disposed according to Member-level and chronological sequencing. Users take risks to use Global Network service, but not limited to financial and investment risks, Global Network doesn’t do any type of assurence to this, regardless that the security is clear or connotative, the Global Network doesn’t assure that the security services meet the users’ requirements.Users must clearly understand  and agree that the loss caused due to the following reasons, including, but not limited to profits, goodwill, use, data loss or other intangible losses, the Global Network do not bear any direct, indirect, incidental, special, derivative or punitive damages that this service can not be used including but not limited to service  interruption, timeliness of the services, safety, the occurrence of errors or lost; the purchase of any commodity, information or accepted services or the message received throgh the service; users’ information or data transmission encounter unauthorized access or falsification; users’ maintenance to product information and service and other related matters.
6. user management  User must assume the responsibility of its contents issued in Global Network Member services. Users’ acceptance to the Global Network Member services network services id in accordance with all international legal standards, national and local law  that is applicable to Global Network member services. Users must follow:
(1)the released information must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of Zhejiang. (2) use Global Network Member services without any illegal purposes. (3) not to interfere with or confuse Global Network Member services or network services. (4) Comply with all the network services, regulations and procedures that use of the Global Network Member service.Including: users have to promise not to transfer, release any illegal, annoyous, slander others, the abusive, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, and other information. In addition, users can’t transfer or release information that constitute a crime; cannot transmit, issue information that foster domestic adverse conditions and the information related to national security.Can’t transmit, publish any inconsistent information with international laws, state laws and local laws and regulations. Unauthorized access to enter other’s computer system is prohibited. If the user's behavior does not meet the above mentioned terms of service, Global Network will immediately abolish users’ service account by  independent judgment. Global Network isn’t responsible for the content that users issue, including, but not limited to any contents of any error or omission that  caused any loss or damages.
7. Ensure users  agree to protect and safeguard the interest of all Global Network members, responsible for the retaining fee by users beyond the scope of service, the damage compensation cost arising from breach of terms of service, and recourse fees that other users use the computer, account and other intellectual property rights of.
8. To end services    Users or Global Network can terminate Global Network member services at any time in accordance with the actual situations. The Global Network can terminate services , not necessary to be responsible for any individual or the third party. If users oppose to any terms of service, or have any different ideas to the later amended terms, or dissatisfied with Global Network services,users have the following rights:
 1) no longer to use the Global Network Member services. (2) Notice the Global Network to cancel the user. When User’s services stop, so does the user’s right to the Global Network Member services. Since then, users will no longer enjoy any rights of the Global Networkservice, and the Global Network is not obliged not to send any letters unissued or unread to the users or the third parties.        
9. Notice  The notice that Global Network send to all the users can transmit via e-mail or groovy correspondences. The revision,alternation, or other important affairs can transmit according to this kind of form. All amended terms constitute a part of the terms of service.
10. the ownership of user’s information content in the database 
In the database of the Global Network member service,the content of user’s information include: text, software, sound, photographs, video, charts; All contents in the advertisement; All the contents of e-mail; business information that Global Network provides for users, all these contents are protected by copyright, trademarks, labels and other property ownership laws. Therefore, users can use these contents only entitled by the Global Network and advertisement business rather than make bold to copy,reforge,or create any derivative products.
11. Legal interpretation   This terms of service is dominated by the law of the People's Republic of China, if the terms of service conflict with relevant legal provisions, provisions of law shall prevail.
