Mr. Cheng Man Tai, a visionary ahead of his time, established Embry (H.K.) Limited in Hong Kong in 1975, after realizing the great potential in the lingerie market. Today, Embry Group has evolved from a traditional small lingerie manufacturer to a large scale enterprise after 30 years of meticulous planning.

With the business development strategy to expand into China and other parts of the world after securing the Hong Kong market, Embry Group has established the headquarters in Hong Kong, occupying an area of 5,000 square meters while strategically relocating the production facilities to China. Gradually, by 1987 and 1993, Embry (China) Garments Ltd. in Shenzhen and Embry (Changzhou) Garments Ltd. in Changzhou were respectively formed. Embry Group now maintains production facilities of 30,000 square meters and employs nearly 4,000 people.

Dedicated to the continuous enhancement of product quality and service standards, the Group constantly take pride in recruiting experienced professionals as well as investing in production facilities and communication apparatus.

The Group embarked on a new era of success while it set foot on the China retail market in the early 90's. From 1996 to 2005, the Group has consecutively achieved the award of "The Number One Selling Lingerie Brand in the Same Product Category in China". Nearly 1000 sales counters of the Group in over 40 major cities are locating in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau currently.

Not merely a lingerie manufacturer, the Group has successfully built an image of top quality and innovative lingerie products bearing the brand names such as “Embry Form”, “Fandecie”, which features a comprehensive line of intimate and special occasion apparel such as brassieres, panties, girdles and corsets, swimwear, aerobic wear, sleepwear, maternity and nursing wear, as well as many different other apparel and accessories that appeal to women from all backgrounds and of all ages.
